SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AND HOW IT CAN LEAD TO INFECTION

FORMS OF SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AND HOW IT CAN LEAD TO INFECTION

NB: This info seeks to create awareness on how infection is possible so people can take measures or precautions but not to promote or condemn.

1. PENOVAGINAL SEX
This is sexual intercourse involving the use of the penis and the vagina. If the male is infected with any of the Sexually Transmitted Infections then his semen will be contaminated or infectious and can infect the lady if there is no protection. Similarly, the lady's vaginal fluid gets contaminated or infectious and can also infect the man if she has any of the STIs.

2. ANAL SEX
This is sexual intercourse involving the penis and the anus during sexual intercourse. When there is no lubricant to prevent friction, the anus poses a high risk of infection if any of the two is infected with an STI. Anal Sex can take place between a man and a man or a man and a woman.

The anus can stretch beyond its limit if the penis is big and without using lubricant. The anal sphincter can have some abrasions or cuts which can facilitate the infection.

Some people start with anal sex and end up having vaginal sex in the process. What is likely to happen in this case is that, the penis can pick germs from the anus and introduce them into the vagina leading to infection.

3. ORAL SEX
This is sexual intercourse involving the mouth and the genital being it the penis in the mouth of the lady or the tongue by a man or a woman licking the vulva including the vaginal opening and the clitoris.

If the lady is infected then her vaginal fluid is contaminated so anyone who licks is likely to pick the infection in the mouth.

Some people prefer to lick the anus as well. This can equally lead to infection.

4. VAGINA-VAGINAL SEX
This is usually practiced by some lesbians by rubbing the two vulvas together for pleasure especially with the clitoris.

If any of these girls is infected, the fluid in her vagina will be contaminated and can get the other person infected if there is an exchange of the vaginal fluid.

Same way infection is possible when toys or dildos are exchanged with sexual partners.

TAKE NOTE
Each time you have sex with somebody you do not know the person's status in terms of infection, you risk your life. Some of the STIs are incurable and you will have to treat for the REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Don't play games with your life because You Only Live Once (YOLO✌🏽)

Go for a check up with your sexual partner and be very sure. Have protected sex or completely ABSTAIN till you are ready for the consequences of sexual intercourse.

Love is not free, the price is responsibility.

A WISE PERSON WILL READ THIS TWICE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND.
Most women are always embarrassed to ask their man for money or for something they need, always embarrassed. They would rather soak up their challenges secretly or look for help elsewhere than going to him to ask for some help, even when she knows that he has the capacity to handle it, they don't just feel right about it, especially for women with an independently 'I should take care of myself' mentality. And the problem is not a lack of courage or pride, the challenge is that they feel responsible for themselves, and more than anything else they hate that you might feel buggy.
The closest thing they try to do is get help somewhere else, even when those alternative sources are the most unlikely to be responsive she will still prefer to take that chance than ask you for anything.
She expects you to figure out that something is not right. She just expects you to read her body language and her moods. She expects you to read the words in her silence, but when you ask her 'how are you?' The next thing that follows is 'have you eaten?', and that's all, you don't go beyond that point.
Get this guys, as a man there is just no way you can be comfortable that your partner is not asking you for anything, there is just no way you can be at peace with yourself, it should itch your soul. You are working and earning a salary but for 3 months you have not bought her anything, it's bad honestly, even if your budget is tight, even if you are saving to buy world bank, 2months is enough to stop by the store and get her a nice pair of jeans or some tops, a fancy hair ribbon won't put your savings in recession, it just the little things we do.
Most of us are just relaxed over the fact that she works and can take care of herself, yes she can, but even as the director of central bank she is also a woman, and as a woman she has needs that only a man can satisfy.
Dont wait for her to come asking you for little things, just as grown women always feel embarrassed to ask, grown men also feel embarrassed when their woman come asking for money and some common things they need, they just use their common sense to know that he is responsible for someone according to his capacity. Grown men ask what she needs, they don't wait to be asked. If this is you uncle please start using your common sense, start by showing concern with questions like;
"Baby, I have a free budget for April, is there anything you need that you want me to make a budget for?"
"Love, i know you need money for your project, I will cover your tithe for this month so you can add that 10% to what you have saved up, alright?"
"Bae, I told your friend that makes female shoes to make one for you, I paid already, just let her the design you like."
Or sometimes just send her some cash and ask her to keep it for you, we both know she understands what you're trying to do.
These little things are the foundation blocks of a relationship and marriage. Most brothers don't even have the account details of their partner, and they have been doing relationship for over a year. Some cannot remember the last time they bought airtime credit for their partner, it's that bad. Love is not free, the price is responsibility.

5 Reasons Some Women Are Scared Of Getting Married

Saying the words “I do” could be very frightening for some women. The reasons, why women are scared of getting married, vary from person to person.

Below are five of them.

1. Emotional and financial insecurity

These can be argued as two major reasons any woman would dread the idea of marriage. The tendency for the blazing fire of love between them and their partners to dwindle over time scares women a lot.

The questions – Will he love me still when I get bloated from the rigours of childbirth? What if some days we run out of things to say and the conversation dries up? What happens if he becomes financially unstable? – and much more worry many a woman.

2. Fear of commitment

Till death do us part! The thought of having to succumb to the authority of a man, dedication to a long-term cause, giving birth and raising children, keeping up with relatives and in-laws, taking care of the home, the opportunities forgone to stick to one person; and combining all of these with work, makes marriage seem scary to some women.

3. Career pursuit

Some women are literally married to their jobs – so what’s the need for a man.

They dedicate more of their time to their profession and climbing the ladder of success, often neglecting their emotional needs and those of their partners.

For them, marriage will create a lacuna between them and work. Thus, they would rather remain single.

4. Fear of the unknown

Unarguably, the future is plagued with many uncertainties, and nature or perhaps fate has forced the human to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

The fear of what the future holds is a withdrawing force for women.

5. Risk of divorce

Some women, because of their not-too-good experience in broken homes or the stigma attached to being a divorcee, would rather remain single than get married and risk breaking up.

Air Force man kills girl friend for sleeping with civilian boy friend

Air Force man kills girl friend for sleeping with civilian boy friend

TRAGEDY struck today at Nigeria Aircraft Base in Makurdi when an Airforce man ACM, Kalu B.A early Sunday morning shot dead his girlfriend, Airforce Woman ACW Oladipupo S. A., for allegedly sleeping with another man at his quarters.

Sources told Nigerian Tribune that the incident happened around 6 a.m. on Sunday when the ACM who closed from work was said to have gone to her official residence and found her with a civilian boyfriend.

It was gathered that as soon as the ACM discovered this, he brought out his service gun and shot the girlfriend and also attempted to shoot the civilian boyfriend when the bullet got hooked.

The man was able to escape and he raised the alarm which drew the attention of neighbours to the incident.

According to the command PRO, “an Air Force man, Kalu B.A was at 0606hrs this morning (Sunday) arrested and detained  at Air Force provost squadron.

“When the incident happened the Air force Woman was rushed to MAF Base hospital and later referred to Benue State University Teaching hospital in Makurdi where she died.

“Further investigation is ongoing to ascertain what really happened and the media will be informed,” he concluded.

How to have a healthy relationship – Mistakes to avoid as a Christian

Our awkwardness about this topic is one reason single Christians make so many relationship blunders—and why many marriages start out on the wrong foot. You won’t hear much teaching about dating in most churches. It’s like we’re afraid to touch the subject—so people just feel their way in the dark and figure out romance on their own.
Here are top 10 mistakes Christians make while dating

1. Not developing healthy friendships with the opposite sex. Oftentimes too much pressure is placed on Christian singles to pair up, especially if they are attending a Bible college with a reputation for being a wedding factory. And in that pressure cooker it’s difficult for guys and girls to enjoy non-romantic friendships. Relax and make friends, and don’t view every opposite-sex friend as a potential marriage partner.

2. Letting other people control your relationship. Church friends usually mean well, but some people don’t know how to stay out of other people’s business. They will engage in what I call “prophetic meddling” by dropping hints, manipulating you to go out with someone or pushing you to marry someone you don’t even want to be with. And while the gift of prophecy is valuable, you should never let personal prophecies steer your decisions about marriage. Let God personally guide you in this very personal area of life.

3. Lack of healthy confidence. Some guys I know are stuck in a state of spiritual limbo when it comes to their dating life. They may admire a girl from afar, but they just can’t muster up the nerve to break the ice and start a conversation. Proverbs 18:22 says, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing.” If you are going to find a wife, you don’t just sit there until you are 40. Develop some healthy aggression. And while it is true that some women prefer to be pursued, remember that Ruth proposed to Boaz in the Old Testament story. Don’t be so demure that your future husband can’t even notice you.

4. Being too picky. On the flip side, some singles are waiting for the perfect human specimen to sweep them off their feet. Picky guys want a girl who could appear in the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated. Or, some Christian women expect to marry a spiritual giant who prays four hours a day. Be realistic. Whoever you date will have feet of clay and plenty of flaws to match your own.

5. Being desperate for a relationship. Some singles freak out when they hit age 25. They stop trusting God and begin a nail-biting search for a mate. My friend Nicole Doyley, author of The Wait, says she knows women who are so frantic about finding Prince Charming that they immediately fall for any guy who asks them out. “They should see the warning signs, but don’t,” Nicole says. “They start praying immediately if this is ‘the one’ and they quickly become blind to his faults.

6. Expecting the person you are dating to “fix” you. God wants singles to have undistracted devotion to Jesus (see 1 Cor. 7:35). Yet too often we look to other people to bring the inner fulfillment that only Christ gives. Many singles fall into the trap of finding a boyfriend or girlfriend to heal the wounds caused by childhood trauma, their parents’ divorce or their dads’ addictions. Seek healing from the Holy Spirit for those issues before you commit to a serious relationship.

7. Missionary dating. Never start a romantic relationship with a guy or girl who is not a believer. Christians who do this usually justify it with the old “I know I can change him/her” line. But the opposite happens: The unbeliever changes you—after he or she has broken your heart, compromised your morals or damaged your faith.

8. Spiritual stalking. I’ve met guys in church who drive by girls’ houses regularly, monitor their moves and troll their Facebook pages. That’s creepy. If you have to sneak around like a private detective to get a date, you need a new strategy. If a woman tells you she is not interested in going out with you, honor her request and move on. Don’t develop an unhealthy obsession. And never, never, never tell a girl: “God told me you will be my wife.” That’s manipulative and could fall under the category of sexual harassment.

9. Not discerning a spiritual predator. One single female friend of mine said she went out with a man who did a financial seminar at her church. Because the guy was invited to speak from a pulpit she assumed he was a man of character, but he tried to get her into bed with him on the first date. It became quickly obvious he was an imposter. Beware of wolves. You must walk in the Spirit if you want to protect your purity and save yourself for the right person.

10. Ignoring proper boundaries. Some Christian couples are extremely naïve about the power of a romantic bond. They don’t realize that feelings can zoom from zero to 90 miles an hour in a few seconds, and that one kiss can lead to intercourse if you don’t have your emergency brake on at all times. If you are in a dating relationship, you must know your boundaries, discuss them with your partner and commit to staying pure. Don’t be stupid. Don’t spiritualize your lust and suggest, “Let’s go to your apartment and pray.” Don’t wait until clothes come off to determine what is out of bounds.

HOW TO KEEP THE LADY YOU ARE DATING

HOW TO KEEP THE LADY YOU ARE DATING:

Do you love your girl and you don't want another man to snatch her from you? Then do the following things:
1. Give her plenty of attention. If you give her attention, she will not seek for attention elsewhere. Chat with her online via social media or else another man will.
2. Give her listening ears whenever she is speaking to you. Avoid pressing your phone or reading a newspaper when your girl is talking to you.
3. Do not promise her and fail. Do not promise her what you cannot do. It is better for you to say you don't have than to promise and fail.
4. Do not be stingy. Avoid telling her that you don't have, you don't have all the time.
5. Be caring. To be caring does not only mean you should be giving her money. There are many ways of showing care; e.g show concern whenever she is sad or in problems; be by her side when she is in problems, do not abandon her in her days of sorrow.
6. Tell her daily that she is beautiful.
7. Tell her daily that you love her.
8. Play with her and joke with her daily.
9. Don't be too hard and don't be too soft. Scold her a little, and pet her a little. Do not over pet or over scold.
10. Love her siblings, and respect her parents.
11. Appreciate her when she helps you to do something.
12. Allow her to advise you, seek her suggestions and respect her opinions.
13. Respect her.
14. Do not take her for granted.
15. Do not cheat on her.
16. Play with her hairs
17. kiss her on her forehead, cheek and neck. It will pass a good message to her.
18. Let her sit  on your lap sometimes.

The worried woman needs your advice

Adaeze is 38-years-old and a single woman, not by choice but by the fact that the men she has been meeting are only after her money and body.
This is giving her father, a traditional ruler, cause for concern and has given her an ultimatum to get married » before the middle of this year.
Read her story here:
“My name is Adaeze, a 38-year-old single lady from the eastern parts of Nigeria. I like the way you guys treat letters sent in by your readers and I hope mine would be an exception.
I have a problem that is threatening to tear me apart from my family because of an ultimatum my father gave me in December that I must get married by June this year or he would cut all the ties that bind us.
It is not that I do not desire to get married and settle down with my family but the problem is that most men I have come across have all been after my money and body and at the end of the day, they all dump me.
I have a very good business where I import interior decoration items from Europe and make supplies to companies, hotels, and high profile homes.
I also have a thriving boutique and beauty parlor in Lekki area of Lagos, so I would say I have been very successful in business but not when it comes to relationships.
I know my problem is that I love emotionally and make sure I share everything with my man and even go to a great length to make him comfortable but in the end, I always have my fingers burnt.
I have cried bitter tears over broken relationships, lamented my fate and as it now, I have made up my mind not to have any serious relationship again. I would just get pregnant, have one or two kids and move on with my life as I can comfortably take good care of them.
But my father would not allow me to be. Being a traditional ruler in our place, he sees it as an abomination that his first daughter is not married while most of my younger sisters are married with children.
Now he has given me an ultimatum to bring home a husband by the middle of this year or he would disown me.
My worries now are: is it a must for a woman to get married? And should I just take any man to him just so he would be happy?
Adaeze.”
The teaser for the day was:
Is it a must for women to get married in Nigeria? »
How Nigeria voted:
Yes, marriage brings respect - 33%
No, a woman can be fulfilled without marriage - 21%
Our society gives respect to married woman - 16%
A woman can decide to be a single mother without getting married - 32%
How would you vote here?

Sex Is Food

SEX IS FOOD!!!!!!! Read and Share

Sex is not all about making children. You must be a different woman to your husband every time. Seduce your husband, don't always allow your husband to ask for Sex, there must be no timetable for sex. Be creative, don't be predictable. Give him what he wants. If you loose influence over your husband, you have lost womanhood. Be part of your husband plans.
Don't have too many children, you wanna sell them ? Allow your husband to check in and out anytime.
When a man is sexually satisfied, he is emotionally stable. Stop saying, is it food ? Yes, sex is food !!!
As a wife, try to invest in yourself spiritually so you can adequately support him. Build yourself as his prayer warrior so that you will not be forced to pray at the end of your life. Don't allow your husband to provide all your needs, he is not a money making machine. Iron sharpens iron, try to reciprocate.
You are meant to support each other spiritually, financially, physically and morally through thick and thin. You are a builder....Wise woman buildeth her home. Women need wisdom to build their homes. Do not be too outspoken, know when to talk, when to listen and when to be quiet.
Love your husband with all your heart, never tell him, if not because of my children, remember you've known him before the arrival of those children.
Pamper your husband, put his head on your chest and pray for him. Give him unannounced kiss from the back.... mwahhhhhh, don't be too holy to kiss in the public. He is your husband for God sake. Be romantic joooo, it is good for the heart. Some people are not happy that you're happy in that marriage, proof them wrong that you love him and he is your crown, always feel good when you hold him. Don't look 50 while you're still under 40, it drives men crazy. Always keep fit regardless of your age or body.

To men:
Do not take a woman who does all these for granted!
Pamper her, pray for her, cherish her, love her, support her financially, make her feel like your woman! God bless you and your  marriages.

Nicki Minaj has affirmed all rumours about her breakup with Meek Mill.

American rapper Nicki Minaj has affirmed all rumours about her breakup with Meek Mill.
For about a few weeks running, the “Anaconda” crooner has been rumoured to have ended her relationship with Philly rapper Meek Mill. The news of the breakup has been going on since the last quarter of last year.
Nicki, 34, and Meek, 29, began dating in early 2015. Historically, both musicians have shied away from publicly discussing their private lives. Meek for example, told Fader magazine in April 2015 that their romance was “definitely real…but it ain’t really time to get married yet.”
Nicki Minaj confirmed the breakup in a tweet.
To confirm, yes I am single. Focusing on my work & looking forward to sharing it with you guys really soon. Have a blessed New Year. Love You...

11 WAYS TO KEEP YOUR MARRIAGE SWEET AND SIMPLE

• Apologizing when you're wrong is always the right thing to do. Don't give excuses. Don't seek to blame others. Don't be tempted explain. Just apologize and take 100% responsibility for your actions.

• An eye for an eye will leave both husband and wife blind. Learn to overlook minor offenses and to forgive your spouse.
Love is an endless act of forgiveness.

• Don't turn your bedroom into a courtroom. Quarrels and arguments have no place in the bedroom. Let your bedroom be a place of peace, love and intimacy

• Do not let your parents and your siblings, and your friends interfere in your marriage. Anything that you share with parents, siblings and friends behind your spouse's back is defiling and weakening the sacred bond that exists between you and your spouse.

• Marriage is Teamwork. Marriage flourishes when both husband and wife understand that winning together is more important than keeping score

• True marriage oneness cannot be achieved by married people who do not practice financial oneness. Whatever you do separately, will separate you. Do things together.

• Be romantic Show your wife that she is your BAE "Before Anything Else

• There is no my money or your money in marriage, regardless of who earns more or less.. Even if only one spouse works outside the home and earns all the money, it's still our money.

• You're not married to an angel. Accept your spouse's imperfections. Marital happiness is not automatic. It takes the combined effort of husband and wife to make marriage work.
The perfect marriage is one that is made up of two imperfect people who are held together by a Perfect Savior.

• One of the most loving and sweetest things you can do for your spouse is to pray for him/her thanking God for bringing him/her in your life.

• A husband and wife who pray together, plan together and play together share a deep level of intimacy that cannot be created any other way.

It’s better to have many wives than to have one or many girl friends, lovers – Catholic Priest

Akwangwa – Rev. Father Gabriel Ngbe of Akwangwa Catholic Church, in Nasarawa State, on Sunday canvassed the need for Catholic Church to incorporate some good aspects of African culture in its Doctrine and that monogamy should be accepted in the Church because of those that have only one wife.

The Catholic Priest made this known while celebrating Acculturation Mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Akwanga.

Ngbe insisted that the Catholic doctrine most be amended, especially in the African Catholic Churches in order to accommodate every member of the Church.

“The Whiteman that brought Christianity to us mixed the religion with his culture and Africans just accepted it like that at the expense of our culture.

“If we did not incorporate parts of our culture into the way we worship God, our culture would in no distant time go into extinction,” he said.

Ngbe explained that local foods should henceforth be used for communion in the Catholic Church instead of using products imported from Europe.

The priest also said meaningful local names should be given to people during Baptism and Confirmation in Catholic Churches as against using “English names.”

Ngbe urged members to imbibe the habit of wearing local dresses during weddings as well as using local languages for Mass.

He said that anybody who practiced monogamy before accepting Christ should be given equal treatment in the Church with those that have only one wife.

“It is better to have many wives at home than to have only one and yet have many girl friends and lovers outside,” the priest said.

Ngbe therefore commended the Yoruba people for incorporating their culture in the way they practiced both Christianity and Islam and urged others to emulate them

10 Habit Of Couples In A Strong and Healthy Relationship

What makes for a healthy romantic relationship differs from couple to couple. Forming a trusting and positive partnership takes effort and time. And unfortunately, it doesn’t just happen overnight. For any relationship to grow strong and stay strong, you need to put in some work. Below are some habits that will help create and maintain a happy and healthy twosome.

*Communication
Communication is key. It is one of the most important qualities a healthy relationship. However, not everyone knows how to communicate properly ... or even communicate at all. Happy and healthy couples have this game down. They vocalize their love for one another, saying “I love you” often and offering compliments. They also discuss the bad instead of sweeping issues under the rug. In order to move forward and grow, you two need to be able to truly talk about your feelings. No matter how awkward or uncomfortable it feels, it will make for a long-lasting and fulfilling relationship.

*Respect
Aretha Franklin sang a whole song about it, so you know it’s got to be important. Respecting your partner comes in many forms. Maintaining a joyful relationship means respecting your partner’s time, heart, character, and trust. However, there are many things people do in relationships that can break down respect, like name-calling, talking negatively about the other to friends or family, and/or threatening to leave the relationship.

*Quality Time, Not Quantity
It’s all about quality over quantity. It doesn’t matter how much time you and your partner spend together. The most important part is about the quality of this time. There’s a huge difference between having dinner at a table while talking about your day at work, versus having dinner while sitting on a couch watching the latest episode of The Voice . It’s fine to zone out together and enjoy distractions, but it’s crucial to make sure you two are still engaging and spending quality time together to maintain a deep connection.

*Time Apart
Spending time together with your partner is important. But just as important is spending time apart. Being able to do your own things and remain independent is vital. When couples spend too much time together, it can create an unhealthy codependence. Maintaining healthy boundaries and some autonomy will make for a long-lasting partnership.

*Love Languages
Gary Chapman came up with the notion that men and women have five love languages. People have unique ways of feeling loved. There are words of affirmation, receiving gifts, quality time, acts of service, and physical touch. It’s important to know which love language speaks to you, along with your partner. Telling each other what makes you feel loved and special helps both of you stay connected. Furthermore, make sure you are attending to your partner’s love language consistently.

*Appreciation
Often, we forget to let other people in our lives know that we appreciate them. We think it, but we don't remember to show it. This occurs in our romantic relationships as well. Show your special someone that you love him or her. This could be done with words, cards, flowers, acts of kindness, or more. Remember, a flower a day keeps the fights at bay. Okay, maybe not every day, but you get the point.

*Positive Vs. Negative
Sometimes, we get caught up in the negative. We hate our jobs, are annoyed with our friends, and our boyfriend or girlfriend is getting on our last nerve. Uh-oh, have we been drinking too much of that half-empty glass? It’s vital that we look at our partner’s positive qualities, in contrast to the negative. Nobody is perfect, and that includes our significant other. So instead of focusing on the bad, let's make a conscious effort to look at the good.

*Choose Your Battles
There are arguments to be had in every relationship. It’s crucial to bring issues to the forefront, and work through the hard times together. However, I don’t think arguing over your SO using your favorite coffee cup should be one of those. Choose your battles wisely, because people in happy and healthy relationships do.

*Sex
Let’s talk about sex , baby. Let’s also talk about how important it is in cultivating a flourishing relationship. Sex is simple. The more you have it, the more you want it. The other side of that is true as well. The less you have it, the less you want it — and, unfortunately, the less you'll feel connected to your partner. Keep your sex life alive and interesting. "Spicing it up" is not just meant for the kitchen.

*No Comparisons
The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Or even if it is, it might not be the kind of grass you would like. We often compare our lives to those of others — what jobs people have, their homes, their clothes. And with the help of social media, we tend to compare our relationships as well. But the happiest of couples don’t look to see what the grass looks like on the other side. They are happy with the view out their own front door.

Where Are The Guys? Here Are The 6 Séx Positions Nigerian Women Totally Love Most

It is no news that sex is one of the most craved activities among people around the world today, and there are a number of reasons for this among which is the health benefit that comes with sex. Now that we have established that sex is important it might interest you to know that there are specific positions that get the ladies moaning nonstop and wanting more and more of the action. But how much of these positions and sex techniques do Nigerian men know about? Here are five awesome sex positions you could try with your lady today. Rest assured that if welldone, these techniques have the potentials to keep her optimally satisfied.1. The ‘Grab And Insert’ Position– Majority of ladies like a fit, muscular guy. You don’t have to have the biggest arms in the world but stay fit and trim enough so she can rest on you, jump onyour back from time to time and whatnot as you guys hang together and pass time. This physique is also important in sex because she likes it when you go hard on her in fun, stylish ways. In the light of this, a new sex technique she surely will find fun is you lifting her and getting her to wrap her legs around your torso, your hands under her buttocks as you drillher. The ecstasy it gives ladies is beyond what words can explain. This position leaves you in total control of the game and leaves her moaning pleasurably.2. Missionary Sex With A Spark– Try something different with your woman today as you guys do it the missionary way and be sure to wow her. Most ladies fancy the missionary style because they love to hold a man close. Some ladies grab the man by the butt while he penetrates slow and steady, others like it rough and fast-paced. Whatever the case, don’t be afraid to experimentwith her.Understand her and know what works best for her. We recommend you try to create an unusualambiance for this, maybe some outdoor sex or something. You can have it missionary style on a roof top, or in a car with seats reclined and the AC turned on to max with some slow songs bumping in thebackground. This should give her extra goose bumps in her inner thigh and beyond.3. The ‘Doggy’ Style– This sex technique can never be overemphasized. It is tested, trusted and one of the surest ways to thrust in and get her to cloud nine.4. The ‘Reverse Cowgirl’ Or ‘Riding’ Style– This is an interesting position that has the man sitting on a chair or lying on a bed while the lady gets over him and, with her butt facing him, rideshim to great heights.Experts say the reverse cowgirl position helps stimulate the clitoris to large extents leading to orgasm.5. The ‘Sit And Dig’ Position– It’s easy to get her into the zone by siting and getting her to sit over you and wrap her legs around your back. She also needs to grab you close over your shoulders as you guys get into it.By so doing, penetration is fullest and you can both experiment with different angles as the grinding increases or decreases depending on what works best for you guys.6. The ‘Chair Or Sofa Position’– Grab a chair or sofa and sit while she sits on your laps and you guys ride away. She doesn’t have to face you, you can also either grab her boobs or caress herbody or something. You should give these points a try today and seehow well they work for you and yours. Have fun

3 ways to cool your husband's temper

When you get married, it is for better or for worse. Both couples have to work together as one to survive and make the marriage last. At times, anger is a problem between couples. If your husband had a short temper, it can put a toll on your marriage. Men can get angry and when they do, they could cut you off from their thoughts. Once they get into their heads, it’s hard to pull them out. Women prefer to talk things through, but men will keep to themselves until their anger is over. Here are three ways you can help his anger cool off quicker:
1. Cook his best meal
They say a hungry man is an angry man so a well fed man is happy. You may have annoyed your husband but the food will help him cool off easy. The food is a reminder you are still his wife. It’s also a reminder that you care for him.

2. Give him time
Give him space and time. Don’t enter his personal space because you feel you are the wife and have a right. He could see it as smothering. Give him time and space to relax. He will miss you and talk to you when he is ready.

3. Let him know you still love him
if you have to talk to him, let it be calm reassurance you are there for him. His behaviour is bad and you don’t support it but if you complain, he will not be in the right frame of mind to listen.
Be as sweet as ever and when he returns to talk to you, let him know your issues with his anger and both of you can work on how best to solve it.

Things to avoid when at your in-law's place for the first time

Visiting your in-laws for the first time may leave you with a feeling of anxiety. It is normal to be skeptical about the meeting and worrying if they will like you or not.In this part of the world, parents are an integral part of a relationship; if a party objects to the budding relationship, the chances of that relationship working out and leading to marriage is slim. That being stated, one of the reasons why people feel so tensed when it is time to visittheir in-laws has been established. Ladies particularly get edgy when it is time to meettheir prospective mothers in-law; they try doing everything that will put them in a good light. In the process of doing this, some go an extra mile and end up giving the guy’s family the wrong impression. In order to avoid the pitfalls that other ladies have gone into when meeting their in-laws for the first time, then this is for you. There are certain things you need to read and learn if you want to take your relationship a notch higher. We call it crossing the line here. If you want to move from the point where you are a sidechic or a girlfriend to the point where you are referred to as someone’s fiancee, you have to know what to do and what not to doat an in-law’s place. On your first visit to your in-law’s place, you have to ensure that you are at your best in order to make them love you. Remember what is being said about the first impression. Find out some of the things you should never do on a first visit to your in-law’s:
1. Avoid being overdressed As much as you want your boyfriend’s siblings to know that you are a trendy lady, you should try to keep it simple. Overdressing may turn them off and give them the impression that you are a gold digger who got attracted to their son because of his wealth or prospects. For the men too, you also have to check your outfit if you are visiting your in-law’s place. Be moderate with everything so as not to appear as a clown or as a gangster.

2. Do not pretend While you should be on your best behaviour, avoid lying or pretending to be someone you are not.You can avoid giving out details of things you are not proud of instead of having to lie. Try to be as free as possible without being forward. Their assessment of you starts from the moment you step on their porch. Be wise.
3. Do not wear so much makeup Before you embark on the journey to your in-law’s place, you should ask your partner about what they like and what they do not like.If you end up painting your face like a masquerade to their place knowing fully well that your in-laws are church leaders, you will be shooting yourself in the leg. While it is not compulsory for you to conform to their ways of life, you should strike them as someone who is flexible and not an extremist.
4. Do not wash plates thereIt is understandable that you need their approval and would do anything to make them accept you as their daughter in-law, you should never stoop so low to achieve that.No one is asking you to be proud and saucy, but do not start what you can not finish. If you wash plates on your first visit and iron your mother in-law’s clothes in order for them to like you, you have to keep up with the trend. The moment you stop doing those things when you have gained access, you will become a bad person.

5. Keep your appetite in checkWe know that good eating habit will make you healthy and all; however, you should not let your in-laws know you have a voracious appetite.Eating moderately will not kill you that day. Do not let your in-laws see you as someonewho is always hungry. They will make inferences from the situation and make the guy feel bad about you.
